Parts Administrator - Belfast Parts Centre Salary: £12.21 per hour

Hours:

40 hours per week. Monday
- Friday About the Role We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Parts Administrator to support our parts department. This role is essential in ensuring accurate stock control, efficient ordering, and excellent service to internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently Managing stock levels and maintaining inventory records Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers Booking parts in and out of the system Handling queries from engineers, service teams, and customers Producing reports and maintaining documentation Ensuring pricing, part numbers, and descriptions are correct Supporting general administrative duties within the department Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a parts, stores, or administrative role (preferred) Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Core Benefits:
