An exciting digital asset trading firm is looking for a Head of Compliance & MLRO (SMF
16/17) to take strategic ownership of regulatory leadership.

• Lead and manage the UK compliance programme
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the FCA
• Ensure compliance with evolving regulations in derivatives and crypto
• Oversee the onboarding of high-risk clients and regulatory risk management
  
  Support leadership in maximising the firm's licences and scaling the business
• Provide training and refine internal compliance processes

• You've held SMF
  16 and SMF
  17 roles before and have experience interacting with regulators (ideally FCA)
• You have some experience in digital assets with a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape
• You are commercially focused, comfortable in high-growth environments, and experienced in onboarding high-risk clients
• You can effectively influence leadership and drive strategic regulatory initiatives
