You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Belfast office.
Salary£42,600 - £64,000 + car / allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The roleSSE Airtricity works in partnership with a broad network of independent energy brokers across Ireland and Great Britain. These partners play a key role in supporting customers with their energy sales and renewals, and this position is central to building strong, successful and long-term relationships across that network. You’ll be responsible for developing broker partnerships, identifying opportunities for growth, and helping shape the future direction of our Field Sales channel in an evolving energy market.
You’ll join a successful and supportive SME sales team where collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement are highly valued. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship management, commercial strategy and working closely with partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Develop and manage relationships across a large and diverse network of energy TPIs and brokers
- Create and deliver strategic plans to drive sustainable Field Sales growth
- Help improve and enhance the digital journey for our broker partners
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure our products remain competitive and aligned to market needs
- Provide reporting, performance insights and market analysis to support business decisions
- Partner with the wider sales team to develop compelling customer propositions and winning solutions
- Experience managing commercial sales relationships or key business partnerships
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of competitive markets
- A track record of contributing to or delivering successful growth initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with third parties
- Knowledge of the NI / ROI electricity and gas markets would be advantageous, but is not essential
- A full driving licence, as travel to broker meetings will form part of the role
