Randstad has an opportunity available within the Economic Development team at Belfast Metropolitan College for a business development executive that will focus on growth within the Advance Engineering, Aerospace and High-spec manufacturing sectors. 6) or equivalent qualification A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a business development or project management focusing on Advanced Engineering, Aerospace, High-Spec Manufacturing or Green skills A minimum of 3 years' experience with Business Development for SMEs Demonstrable experience in recruiting businesses, individuals or stakeholders onto a programme/project. Demonstrable experience in innovation Excellent communication and IT skills Enhanced vetting will be required before commencement in this role including Access NI Responsibilities Provide end to end business development support Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Coordinate engagement activities to maximise skills programmes Collaborate with other departments including marketing to ensure programme success Maintain and development new systems and processes to ensure success Performance management and continuous improvement Develop and strengthen partnerships with internal and external partners Full job description available on request Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
