We operate a discretionary hybrid working model, expecting office presence at least two days a week.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Strategist to lead and shape the AI vision for our clients across private and public sectors. You will join PA Consulting’s AI practice in our London office and collaborate with senior executives to identify high‑impact AI use cases, evaluate ROI, and design end‑to‑end roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development
:
Collaborate with client stakeholders to assess business challenges, identify strategic AI use cases, and define AI roadmaps. - Use Case Identification
:
Analyse business processes, develop ROI estimates and prioritise projects. - AI Roadmap Creation
:
Design and document implementation roadmaps with milestones, resources, and timelines. - Performance Measurement
:
Develop frameworks to track performance of AI initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes. - Transformation Oversight
:
Lead large transformation programmes integrating AI solutions into business processes. - Stakeholder Communication
:
Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership, presenting recommendations and providing guidance. - Industry Trends & Insights
:
Stay informed of emerging AI trends, evaluate applicability and identify new opportunities. - Due Diligence
:
Lead commercial and technical due diligence of AI target companies.
- Master’s degree in engineering, science or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is advantageous.
- 8+ years of post‑university technology‑ and strategy‑related experience in professional services, blue‑chip, industry or start‑up settings with a record of high performance.
- 2 years of managerial experience in top‑tier strategy consulting or senior managerial experience in IT consulting.
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities combined with a passion for technology.
- Willingness to travel.
