Finance & Operations Business Manager

BH Estates - Finance & Operations Business Manager Part Time BH Estates are looking for a skilled Finance and Operations Business Manager to join our team based from our office s position will work alongside the management team, reporting to the Managing Director, to help drive business performance, improve operational efficiency and support the continued growth of our business across agriculture, rural property, renewable energy, consulting and environmental innovation.

What you'll be doing Preparing management accounts and financial reports Managing cashflow, budgeting and forecasting Developing financial dashboards and KPIs Supporting commercial decision-making and business planning Improving operational systems and business processes Overseeing compliance, governance and office operations Working closely with senior management on strategic initiatives We're looking for someone who has: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or significant relevant experience Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills Experience producing management accounts and financial forecasts Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive approach and a desire to improve how businesses operate We offer:
