Project manager TLNT1_NI

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global financial services organisation for an experienced Operations Transformation Project Manager to join a large-scale banking transformation programme based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to lead complex change initiatives across a highly regulated environment, supporting operational readiness, migration planning, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement as part of a multi-country transformation programme.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive programme planning and delivery across multiple transformation work streams Manage dependencies, risks, issues and critical milestones to support successful delivery Coordinate operational readiness activities, including controls, processes, training and go-live preparation Produce senior stakeholder updates, governance materials and executive reporting Facilitate working groups and steer complex decision-making across business and technology teams Conduct impact assessments and support risk mitigation activities Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Finance, Product and Risk stakeholders across the programme Key experience and skills:
Significant Project Management experience within Financial Services Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation or change programmes Strong understanding of banking operations and operational readiness Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across business and technology teams Strong governance, risk management and delivery planning capabilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and project planning skills

Experience with in banking transformation, platform migrations or operational change programmes would be highly advantageous Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and Jira is desirable If successful, this role offers a competitive rate on a long-term contract running until August 2027 with possible extension and the opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation programme within a leading global financial institution. This position is Belfast based and follows a hybrid working model.
