The OpportunityJoin our 2027 (Autumn) Graduate Programme as a Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant in our Belfast office, where you'll be part of a market-leading Community Development discipline.
As a Stantec Graduate Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, you'll work closely with your team and fellow graduates, building your stakeholder engagement and communication skills within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Supported by experienced professionals, you'll contribute to projects that make a positive impact on communities, helping to develop and deliver effective engagement strategies while gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients, projects and sectors.

No two days are the same in our Stakeholder Engagement team. Based in our welcoming Belfast office, you'll gain experience across stakeholder and community engagement, consultation delivery, and social research, supporting projects from planning through to delivery.
Your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Coordinating meetings with technical specialists and external stakeholders.
- Tracking project actions and supporting teams to deliver key outputs.
- Assisting with reporting, digital engagement platforms, and social media research.
- Supporting the production of consultation materials, event content, and communications alongside our graphics team.
- Organising and attending both in-person and virtual engagement events.
- Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to inform project recommendations.
- Contributing to newsletters, marketing content, and stakeholder communications.
- Managing and developing digital engagement platforms such as Commonplace.
