Halfords is recruiting a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive enhancements across processes, equipment and infrastructure within our garages function. Your work will support this year’s strategic priorities by delivering labour savings and improving capacity across around 500 UK garages.
This is a field-based role; you’ll manage your own schedule with occasional overnight stays and a company car. Southeast England is preferred, but we welcome applications from other locations across the UK.
