Team ProfileThe Procurement Enterprise Mission Team has accountability for supporting delivery of key operational and process excellence identified programmes / projects. The programme team are key to the enablement of the procurement and connected functions in achieving the Enterprise Mission objectives.
With the Enterprise Missions aligned to the central business strategy & objectives, the programme team drive impact through proactive engagement, facilitation, tracking, reporting and risk management across complex multi-function activity. The role offers broad business exposure and requires strong stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and keep delivery on track.
The team requires both sharp business acumen along with effective opportunity and risk assessment to support the initial delivery. Combined with detailed data-driven assessment and coordination so that requirements are clearly understood, communicated and executed against the agreed deliverables.
The OpportunityThe role will provide general support to all teams across Procurement enabling successful delivery of our portfolio of Enterprise Missions / projects. This includes but not exclusive to, governance requirements, reporting, assurance processes, project management processes and general communications. This role will act as a central point of contact for the Procurement teams helping to guide, coach and assist them and the projects through the relevant processes.
This role may also support the delivery of projects and their interdependencies in support of any additional specific business priorities.

- Enabling clear communication and early engagement across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, House of Brands, Attributes, STA, Finance, Programme / PMO teams to align targets and manage impacts / changes
- Acting as the primary liaison for Procurement, ensuring visibility of Procurement activity, managing risks and communicating changes through relevant governance forums
- Provide support and coaching to team members on the gate process helping to prepare them for key gateways and in addition helping to define appropriate gate timelines
- Supporting development and maintenance of all relevant reporting systems, ensuring alignment with relevant stakeholders and accurately documenting outputs, agreements, risks and timing
- Management of required governance, including but not exclusive to; milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting and risk and issue management
- Facilitation and coordination of the relevant governance forums
- Report on key programme metrics as defined by the area
- Providing senior-level visibility of status and deliverables on behalf of the wider Procurement team and escalating risks where appropriate
- Coordinating cross-carline and cross-functional associated activities, ensuring consistent communication and application of relevant programme gateways
- Working with Procurement owners to ensure broader supplier & sourcing context is understood and communicated, identifying associated risks and potential mitigation approaches as relevant
- Delivering accurate data and concise reporting for Senior Leaders, representing Procurement in governance forums
- Helping drive issue resolution, process refinement and continuous improvement across all aspects of Enterprise Missions / Projects engaged with
