Our client is seeking a Retirement and Wellbeing Consultant to support the governance and day-to-day management of UK and European defined benefit (DB) pension arrangements. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of DB pension governance, working closely with trustees, advisers, and internal stakeholders while also supporting wider retirement, employee share plan, and financial wellbeing initiatives. If you have hands-on experience with UK trust-based defined benefit pension schemes, strong stakeholder management skills, and enjoy working in a governance-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Working Patterns and location - Hybrid - 2-3 days on site per week
