Hopper seeks a Principal Product Manager to own the HTS Assist customer-facing conversational agent end-to-end, from intents and flows to partner-embedded interfaces. You’ll be the day-to-day design decision-maker, collaborating with partner design teams and our in-house designer in a fast-moving startup setting.
You will lead the roadmap, engage enterprise partners, and work hands-on in Figma to produce flows, wireframes, and prototypes using AI tools.
