Costa Coffee is seeking an Operations Continuous Improvement Lead to support testing, validation and optimisation of processes and systems across the UK&I business. The role is field-based with 3 days in the business, delivering measurable operational benefits through Lean Six Sigma methods and pilot-led change.
You will drive cross-functional improvement programmes, coach leaders and analyse performance data to enable scalable, sustainable improvements across Costa’s operations.
