Tide is seeking a Customer Support Analyst with French to join our Collections team in the UK. You will provide essential support to our SME members, manage arrears in line with our Collections Policies, and help develop successful repayment plans with our members.
You will also update logs and reports, documenting actions and decisions with diligence. The role requires excellent spoken and written French and English, empathy, time management, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
