Onboarding Coordinator

Our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking an enthusiastic Onboarding Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is keen to contribute to the onboarding process for new and existing clients.

Contract Type:
Temporary
Contract Length: 10 months
Daily Rate: £150.00 - £160 via Umbrella
Working Pattern:
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting onboarding requirements for new and existing clients.
Ensuring that all relevant regulatory requirements are met.
Managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
Working diligently to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLA).
Prioritising and managing daily tasks to ensure quality and efficiency.

Knowledge and

Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A proven ability to meet client demands while adhering to Quality Assurance goals.
Strong customer communication experience, both internal and external.
A knowledge or keen interest in corporate finance and banking.
Experience in accurately following evolving procedures and processes.
Proficient relationship management skills.

Skills:

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

Flexibility, team spirit, and loyalty to the organisation's goals.
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
Fluent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
