Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about driving value through effective contract management? We’re looking for an ICT Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of our ICT contracts, ensuring they are well-governed, compliant, and deliver strong outcomes for the Service.

In this vital role, you'll:

• Maintain our contract management system
• Oversee renewals, support procurement activity
• Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and audit ready
• You’ll work closely with colleagues across procurement, legal, technical teams, and the ICT Management Board, acting as a trusted adviser on contractual, supplier, and compliance matters
• You'll build productive relationships with key vendors, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs
• Support supplier review meetings and help drive continuous improvement in contract and supplier management
