Key Responsibilities:

Provide practical coordination and administrative support across Energy Transition projects and work streams Monitor relevant policy, regulatory and market developments and summarise key implications for the team. Support the planning, coordination and delivery of stakeholder engagement activity with government, industry, customers, partners and other external organisations Essential

Education:

Educated to A Level standard or equivalent, with demonstrable relevant experience in a business, project, policy, communications or operational support role. Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Essential

Experience:

Experience providing operational, administrative or coordination support across multiple work streams or projects. Experience preparing reports, briefings, papers, minutes, action logs or management information. Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders and coordinating meetings or working groups. Experience supporting budget monitoring, invoice processing, procurement activity or financial administration. Experience organising events, workshops, briefings or stakeholder sessions.
