Change Implementation Manager
Location: Homebased with regular travel across the Evri network
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

At Evri, we're continuing to transform our network and strengthen the way we operate. We're looking for a passionate and driven Change Implementation Manager
to help deliver meaningful operational change across our nationwide business.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to implement change programmes that improve compliance, service quality, productivity and customer experience. Supporting the Senior Change Implementation Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring new processes, systems and ways of working are successfully embedded into our operations and become part of everyday business.
What you'll be doingAs a Change Implementation Manager, you'll support the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives across the network, helping operational teams adopt new processes and improve performance. You'll work closely with site leadership teams, providing coaching, training and guidance to ensure change is implemented effectively and sustainably.
You'll monitor compliance, identify opportunities for improvement and help drive consistency across the network through audits, training, SOP development and operational support. You'll also build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, communicating progress, challenges and successes while ensuring teams remain engaged throughout the change journey.
This is a hands-on role and will require regular travel across our network. As we operate 24/7, flexibility around working hours, including occasional weekends and nights, is essential.
What we're looking for- Experience delivering change management programmes within a logistics, FMCG or operational environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business
- Experience supporting large-scale operational change whilst maintaining business performance
- Confident presenter, facilitator and coach with experience delivering training to large groups
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt style for different audiences
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home when required
- Flexible approach to working hours to support our 24/7 operation
- Relevant professional qualifications such as CILT, PRINCE2, PMP, CIPD L&D, ILM Coaching or similar
- Experience with in parcel, logistics or large-scale multi-site operations
