The Role The Senior Sustainability Analyst (Strategy, Policy & Engagement) plays a key role in shaping and embedding the organisations sustainability strategy. This role moves beyond analysis into strategy, policy interpretation, and group-wide influence, ensuring sustainability is integrated into core business decision-making and long-term planning. The role provides forward-looking insight on climate transition, regulatory developments, and stakeholder expectations, and acts as a trusted advisor to senior governance forums including the ESG Steering Group.

What you'll need Strategic thinking with ability to translate complexity into action. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgement. Commercial awareness and understanding of energy sector dynamics Experience in a corporate sustainability role.
