Youll play an important role within the team, taking responsibility for the estimating process while working closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues across the business. Its a great opportunity to bring your experience to a growing business, develop your skills and build your career as the company continues to expand. What Youll Be Doing:
Evaluating tender documents and preparing competitive, profitable tender proposals Working closely with the Contract Manager and Design Manager to ensure high-quality tender submissions Preparing pricing schedules, bills of quantities and preliminaries from drawings and site visits Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labour and material costs Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers Reviewing project requirements and ensuring accurate and commercially viable pricing Supporting the continued growth and development of the business Managing multiple tenders while working to deadlines What Youll have:
Around 3 years experience in an Estimator or similar role Strong experience within joinery manufacturing and/or commercial joinery is essential A strong understanding of joinery materials, manufacturing processes and associated costs

Experience with in commercial fit-out projects would be highly advantageous The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation Strong commercial awareness and excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines What Youll get:
