You will facilitate the discovery and definition of project goals, lead agile ceremonies, foster continuous improvement, and ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards and customer needs. Specialising in AI-enabled transformations, this company has grown substantially over the past 20 years, and as new clients are being onboarded and new projects are coming down the line,further growth is projected over the coming years!

Leading the Discovery Phase to establish project scope, objectives, risks, constraints, and high-level timelines. Developing and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk logs. Closely collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations, and ensure a shared understanding of desired outcomes. Identifying opportunities to refine processes, improve team dynamics, and enhance delivery outcomes. Promoting an environment of collaboration, transparency and high-quality communication.

Championing agile ways of working and help mature agile capability across the organisation. Building strong, positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers. What are they looking for? Proven experience working inanagile project environment. Demonstrated ability to lead discovery or early-phase project activities. Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., designers, developers, product owners, analysts). Experience supporting teams through thefull agile delivery lifecycle.
