JT Family is seeking an experienced CRM Technical Lead to take ownership of the performance, development and continuous improvement of our CRM ecosystem within the Commercial domain. You will lead technical direction and ensure robust CRM solutions.
You will work across technology, commercial and operational teams, acting as the technical authority for CRM solutions, and build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and service providers to support delivery.
