Support the development and delivery of pricing recommendations across food, drink and promotions that drive profitable growth across our pub portfolio. Working closely with the Pricing & Market Insight Manager and wider commercial teams, the role analyzes pricing performance, market trends and the impact on guest behaviour.

• Support the development and implementation of pricing recommendations across food, drink and promotions.
• Assist with drinks price changes and menu pricing updates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to pubs.
• Maintain pricing models, reports and dashboards to monitor sales, margin and impact of price on performance.
• Analyse sales, volume, mix and margin to understand the impact of price changes.
• Model future promotions providing insight into expected ROI, sales impact and guest response.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and new product launch performance.
• Support new openings with pricing recommendations that deliver against agreed margins and concept positioning.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and industry developments to identify trends, opportunities and risks that support decision making.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of pricing and market datasets, supporting improvements to tools, models and reporting solutions.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to produce impactful insights and presentations, translating data into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
