This includes delivering projects, building client relationships, and identifying new work. This role suits someone with community or client-facing experience who wants more responsibility in shaping services and influencing organisational direction. Essential Criteria :
Degree(Level6) inarelevantsubjectsuchasengineering,energyorenvironmentalscience Atleasttwoyearsofprojectmanagementexperienceinacommunityorclient-facing role Strongunderstandingofrenewableenergy,energyefficiencyordecarbonisation Experience supporting bids,tenders or proposals Experiencemanagingorsupportingasmallteam Abilitytodeliverhigh-qualityprojectoutputs Strong analytical skills,including working withdata to produceinsights Proficiency in Excelandothersoftwareforreportinganddecision-making Strongcommunicationskills,including report writing and stakeholder engagement Ability to work independently and take initiative Desirable Criteria:
Experienceofdevelopingclientrelationshipsandidentifyingopportunitiesfornewwork Knowledgeoftheenergymarketin Northern Ireland ,Great Britainorthe Republicof Ireland Existing network in the energy or sustainability sector Salary The post is permanent and offers a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. Pension 3% employer contribution, rising to 8% after 2 years of service.
