Business/ Project Analyst
Are you an experienced Business Analyst or Project Analyst who enjoys understanding business processes and turning them into practical technology solutions?
We're recruiting for a Senior Project Analyst to join a growing transformation team, working on a range of strategic business and technology projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative environment where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and engineers to improve processes and deliver innovative solutions.
What you'll be doing:- Working with stakeholders to understand, analyse and document business processes.
- Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to gather business requirements.
- Creating process maps and translating business needs into functional requirements.
- Collaborating with technical teams to support the design and delivery of technology solutions.
- Supporting testing, solution walkthroughs and project implementation.
- Building strong relationships across the business to drive successful project outcomes.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience running workshops and challenging processes to identify improvements.
- A naturally analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- An interest in technology and digital transformation (technical experience isn't essential).
- Salary of £28,500-£34,500 plus annual performance bonus.
