- Work closely with local delivery teams to understand regional priorities and ensure partnership activity supports our place-based strategy and organisational goals.
- Identify new opportunities, onboard employer partners and monitor partnership performance, ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and Trust policies.
- Collaborate with Delivery Partnership Development Managers across the UK to share best practice, maximise national partnerships and improve opportunities for young people.
- Capture partnership activity and performance data, using insights to demonstrate impact, support reporting and continuously improve our services.

- A strong understanding of employment pathways, recruitment and the opportunities available to young people across different sectors.
- The ability to translate strategy into practical partnership plans that deliver measurable impact.
- Excellent relationship-building, networking and influencing skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and creating opportunities that are accessible to all young people.
