The Housing Executive is now recruiting for a Commercial Contracts & Governance Manager to join their Facilities & Accommodation team
Grade:Band 6
Reports to:Workspace Services Manager
Location:Belfast with regular travel throughout Northern Ireland
In this role, you will lead and support the effective management, governance and continuous improvement of Facilities and Accommodation contracts and supplier relationships across the organisation.
You will play a key role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, provide value for money, meet business requirements and comply with relevant governance and regulatory standards.
Essential Criteria- 1. Possess a Level 6 qualification in a relevant discipline (such as business management, procurement, commercial management, facilities management, property management, governance, project management or a related field) and can demonstrate at least two years’ relevant experience managing contracts, supplier relationships and procurement activities
OR
Exceptionally, can demonstrate 5 years’ relevant experience in managing contracts, supplier relationships and procurement activities and can demonstrate continued professional development including the attainment of relevant qualifications - 2. Can demonstrate significant relevant experience in the management and monitoring of contracts to ensure value for money is achieved
- 3. Can demonstrate:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure of multiple deadlines
- Ability to professionally represent the interests of the organisation
- A successful track record in developing and maintaining productive working relationships
- 4. Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that will permit the candidate to meet the requirements of the post in full
- 1. Can demonstrate relevant experience in the management and monitoring of contracts related to facilities & accommodation/commercial property
