• 12 years experience in programme portfolio or transformation delivery including a sustained track
• record of leading large complex and globally distributed change portfolios to agreed outcomes

• Extensive experience directing large scale platform and data migration transformations including SAS
• environments Able to govern option analysis target state direction roadmap development
• environment readiness testing parallel running cutover backout planning and decommissioning
• across multiple programmes or work streams
• Deep understanding of SAS migration dependencies including code remediation data lineage
• reconciliation control requirements operational readiness and postmigration assurance Able to
• challenge technical proposals assess tradeoffs and make informed enterprise level delivery
• investment and risk decisions
• Significant experience leading complex enterprise wide technology transformations across multiple
• business areas platforms and geographies with accountability for overall transformation outcomes
