Job Summary Airbus is embarking on one of its most critical industrial and supply chain integrations to date. As we absorb the operations of Spirit Aero Systems, a vital Tier 1 aerostructures supplier, our objective is to integrate this complex business into the core Airbus organization, while safeguarding the daily continuity of operations and global supply chain. Central to this monumental effort is the expansion of our Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, replacing legacy tools with a unified SAP S/4 HANA digital ecosystem.

The Mission In this context, a vacancy for a Procure & Supply Transformation Specialist in Belfast has arisen. The newly acquired Belfast site focuses on the A220 wings and A220 mid fuselage components. As an ERP specialist, you will contribute to the design & deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. Your scope will encompass both the Procure process, focused on suppliers contracts management, and the Supply process, dealing with ordering execution.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM Act as team member in the Procure & Supply team. Collaborate and align with Belfast Operations stakeholders (key users), Process Owners and Information Management teams all along the project, from early discovery phase up to entry into service. Contribute to the efficient implementation of new processes and Airbus digital tools, aligned with SAP standards and Airbus global strategy.

Carry out in-depth analysis of current organization, processes and IT solutions. Design and deliver the SAP S/4 HANA based solution. Collaborate with other Airbus S/4 projects to benefit from synergies and harmonize solutions. Support the deployment of the SAP S/4 HANA solution together with the surrounding Airbus tool chain. Perform business transformation and ensure business adoption, especially via business acceptance tests.

Prepare and execute data migration and entry into service. Ensure hypercare to support operations once deployment is done. All along the project, focus on Procure & Supply scope, while ensuring the integration with other domains (Finance, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Shopfloor, Logistics, ). Collaborate with other teams, inside and outside the Belfast project. Essential Be degree qualified in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply-chain and have at least 3 years' relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence).

OR Have a minimum of a HNC in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering, Production or Supply-chain and have at least 5 years' relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence). Procure & Supply business detailed knowledge. Global supply-chain end to end business understanding. Deep understanding of SAP supply-chain modules. S/4 proficiency, both in terms of solution and deployment methodology.

SAP certifications are considered as a plus. Customer oriented mindset Good stakeholders management, ability to find the win-win solution across cross-functional and newly integrated organizational borders. Autonomous. Ability to work in a demanding multi-national environment, including external partners. Good communication skills (written and oral). Ability to produce clear documentation to guide alignment and decision. Able to contribute to change management.

Experience in project management ( at least 3 years) Fluency in English is mandatory. Desirable skills:
Knowledge of additional domains (on top of Procure & Supply) and experience in Operations are a plus.

Experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks Proficiency in AI applications to boost efficiency Proficiency in French and/or German is a distinct advantage. This role requires a level of spoken and/or written English that is necessary to carry out the duties of the position effectively.
