Raylo is building a new Collections function in Belfast to protect financial performance while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will own reporting, analytics and communications to improve arrears outcomes across the business.
The role requires 5+ years in collections, strong data skills (Looker, spreadsheets) and the ability to influence cross-functionally. This is a hybrid position with four days in the Belfast office and one day remote.
