Location: Remote - UK-based, with frequent travel to client sites across Europe
Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience in management consulting or deployment strategy roles at firms serving retail/CPG
Focus: Enterprise transformation, C-level stakeholder management, AI-driven process improvement, and measurable business outcomes
What will you be doing?- Owning the customer transformation roadmap and driving measurable business outcomes for retail/CPG enterprise clients
- Working at C-level and board level to connect company's AI platform capabilities to income statement impact
- Assembling and managing teams of Forward Deployed Engineers for each customer project
- Building business cases, running steering committees, and presenting proof packs to executive stakeholders
- Driving expansion within accounts - turning pilots into company-wide rollouts through demonstrated ROI
- High ownership Own customer transformation roadmaps end-to-end, from building business cases to driving company-wide AI adoption.
- Executive exposure Work directly with C-level and board stakeholders, connecting AI capabilities to measurable business and financial impact.
- Strategic and operational scope Lead transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional deployment teams, and turn successful pilots into enterprise-wide rollouts.
- Frontier AI opportunity Help leading retail and CPG businesses rethink operations with AI agents, working closely with company s founders and product team.
