Essential Criteria
It is essential that the successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- At least four years' experience in a PMO, project management or project support role.
- Experience supporting the delivery of large-scale, complex, cross-functional technology, digital or data projects within a PMO environment.
- Demonstrable experience applying and improving PMO governance frameworks, standards, and processes, including reviewing project documentation, and supporting project assurance activities.
- Demonstrable experience supporting project or programme financial management, including budget monitoring, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrable experience reviewing project plans, tracking delivery against milestones, and monitoring risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigating actions, including escalating concerns to support effective governance.
- Demonstrable experience consolidating and analysing portfolio, programme, or project information to produce clear reporting packs and present key minutes and updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
- Experience using digital tools to analyse project information, produce reports and identify opportunities to improve or automate processes.
It would be advantageous if you have any of the following:
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant subject.
