They are a warm, friendly and inclusive nursery providing high-quality early years education in a safe and stimulating environment. We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for children aged Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Support childrens learning, development, and well-being Observe, assess, and record childrens progress Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent) Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework A caring, patient, and positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Driving Licence (required) What they Offer Supportive and friendly working environment Ongoing training and professional development Competitive salary Opportunities for career progression Benefits: 40% Childcare Discount Uniform Pension Performance Bonus Employee Recognition Days Length of service annual leave package.
