Your job will be to make sure that construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality - from negotiating with subcontractors, managing costs and valuations, to working closely with site teams. Should you apply? We think candidates with at least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in the construction or civil engineering sector, and familiarity with JCT/NEC/PWC contracts, should apply.
