Belfast Description We are hiring for our client, a progressive and forward-thinking construction business based in Belfast, seeking an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. With 3-4 years' post-graduate experience in construction or fit-out, the successful Estimator will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates while working closely with project delivery teams to support successful tender outcomes.

The Role Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Prepare accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors Complete detailed take-offs, cost plans, and pricing schedules Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks Support bid submissions and client presentations Liaise with project management teams to align estimates with delivery
