Up to £50,000 An established Northern Ireland-based contractor is looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of building projects across the province.

This role offers exposure to a mix of commercial, residential and education schemes, all based locally, with the added benefit of hybrid working and long-term career development. The Position Managing subcontractor procurement and agreeing commercial terms Overseeing work packages from appointment through to completion Preparing valuations, cost reports and variation accounts Working alongside site and commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
