Drainage Civils Crew – Ganger & Operative

Ganger - £17.50 per hour, Operative - £14.50 per hour

Vector Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Civils Team on behalf of a rapidly growing drainage contractor operating across the South West. This opportunity is ideal for an established two-person crew consisting of a Ganger and Operative, however we would also like to speak with with proven experience delivering drainage civils works.

• Drainage excavations, installations, connections, and repairs
• Groundworks and minor civils works
• Pipework renewals and repairs
• Reinstatements following drainage works
• Patch lining and associated remedial works

• Ganger: £17.50 per hour
• Operative: £14.50 per hour
• 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• Travel time paid
• Time and a half for: any work completed between 7pm and 7am, weekend work
• Strong long-term earning potential
• Permanent, stable workload with a growing contractor

• Proven experience in drainage civils and groundworks
• Valid UK driving licence (at least one member of the crew)
• CSCS Card
• NRSWA (Streetworks) qualification (desirable)
• 360 Excavator qualification (desirable)
• SSSTS (desirable)
• Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test

• Monday to Friday
• 7am – 5pm
