Permanent About the Role Join a dynamic and ambitious team as a Quantity Surveyor managing fit-out projects from start to finish. This hands-on role involves budget and cost management, tender preparation, and working closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. Monitor project costs and manage variations. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Essential Requirements 35 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role. Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive, team-focused attitude. Fit-out or construction background preferred.
