An exclusive opportunity for a Senior Construction Project Manager to join a growing consultancy team in Belfast. Due to continued growth, the Belfast office is expanding and delivering major construction projects across the UK and Ireland. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile public sector schemes alongside senior construction professionals with extensive industry experience.

The consultancy provides market-leading professional services across Cost Management, Project Management and Building Surveying. As an independent consultancy, they work with owners, occupiers, developers and funders across both private and public sectors.

A construction-related degree with ideally Chartered status, combined with significant project delivery experience within a consultancy or client-side environment. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and a proven ability to deliver high-value projects from inception through to completion.

As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take a leading role in overseeing and managing large-scale projects across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to completion
• Leading project delivery and supporting key decision-making processes
• Managing and mentoring junior team members while reporting to senior management
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary design teams in a client-facing role
• Producing high-quality reports and project documentation
• Carrying out contract administration duties (JCT/NEC etc.)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience within the construction sector
• Proven experience in a similar Senior Project Management role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Established capability in report writing
• Proficiency in MS Project (or similar software)
• Demonstrated track record delivering high-value construction schemes

£55,000 - £70,000 DOE + excellent benefits package (dependent on experience)
