Senior PQS Quantity Surveyor

Senior PQS Role - Belfast City Centre.

The CSR Group is currently recruiting for an international construction, real estate and project management consultancy. CSR are looking for someone who is willing to challenge themselves while working on multi-million-pound projects.

They’re looking for a person who wants to grow into the strongest QS they can be, someone who pushes for results and takes pride in their work. The right person will help strengthen the already excellent reputation the company has built.

They deliver projects across almost every major sector, with values ranging from smaller two-million-pound schemes to landmark developments exceeding a billion.

• Hotel, leisure and hospitality.

• Estimate materials, time and labour costs for projects.
• Prepare contract documents, including bills of quantities for clients and architects.
• Negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts.
• Manage risk, value and overall cost control throughout the project.
• Analyse projected outcomes versus actual results.
• Produce detailed findings, reports and progress updates.
• Value completed work and arrange payments.
• Maintain awareness of Health and Safety regulations and ensure they are addressed.

• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• 5+ Years of experience.
