About you Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) Recently achieved MRICS status Proven experience in a commercial consultancy environment Strong technical knowledge across professional and project services Confident in managing client relationships and working independently Excellent communication and report-writing skills Possess a full UK driving licence What you'll do Deliver professional services including dilapidations (for landlords and tenants) and condition surveys Manage contract administration and project projects from inception to completion Conduct reinstatement cost assessments and defect diagnoses Prepare technical reports and scheduled preventative maintenance plans Support and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Dan Orr at VANRATH for a confidential discussion today.
