Highly Competitive + Fully Expensed Company Car + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to join our growing construction team operating within the property and Building reinstatement and refurbishment sector. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing multiple live contracts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
This position suits someone with strong technical construction knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple refurbishment projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, loss adjusters, and key stakeholders Manage multiple refurbishment and reinstatement contracts concurrently Oversee project delivery from initial instruction through to completion and handover Coordinate site teams including site foremen, subcontractors, and direct labour Ensure works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations Monitor health & safety compliance across all sites Provide technical guidance on construction methods, trades, and sequencing of works Review specifications, scopes of work, and contract documentation Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Support business development through maintaining excellent client relationships About You Proven experience in a Contracts Manager (or similar senior project management) role Strong background in refurbishment, property reinstatement, or insurance-related works Solid knowledge of construction trades and site operations Experience managing site foremen and multi-trade teams Good understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes Excellent communication and client liaison skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Full UK driving licence
