Project Quantity Surveyor Northern Ireland Based | UK Travel Required (Max 23 Nights Per Week) Excellent Salary  Package  Career Progression Full-Time | Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction contractor delivering major projects across Northern Ireland and the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong QS looking to work on high-value projects across sectors including:

Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of projects from start to final account Cost reporting and forecasting Procurement and subcontractor management Variations and valuations Client and site team liaison Managing project budgets and commercial risk Supporting operational teams throughout project delivery Requirements Previous experience working for a main contractor Strong construction project experience Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Excellent commercial and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Full driving licence Package Excellent salary DOE Company vehicle / allowance Pension Strong career progression opportunities Secure long-term work pipeline We are particularly keen to speak with top Quantity Surveying talent currently working with leading contractors across Northern Ireland.
