Are you looking for a Quantity Surveyor role? Interested in working for a leading contractor specialising on the delivery of high quality commercial, residential, healthcare and education projects?

VANRATH are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for a lead contractor based in Belfast

Remuneration:
£Competitive DOE + excellent benefits package

Overview of Role:

Management of Term Service Contract for large healthcare project
Working with on-site contract team
Liaising with client representatives, subcontractors and Suppliers
Preparation of Quotations
Co-ordination of work across site

The Ideal Person:

Degree Level Quantity Surveying qualification
Graduate or junior QS with 1-3 years post-graduate experience
Experience in a similar position
Good communication skills
Ability to work as part of a wider team
