Site Manager | Belfast | Immediate Start Belfast Open to Day Rate or Permanent Package Immediate Interviews & Immediate Start Available A growing contractor is urgently seeking a Site Manager for a fast-paced nursing home build project in Belfast. This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have decades of experience but has the right attitude, energy, and ability to drive a project forward under tight deadlines.

This role will suit someone confident on site, organised, proactive, and comfortable dealing directly with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.

The Role You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a small build project, ensuring works are progressing safely, efficiently, and on programme. You will be expected to:
Push works forward to meet strict timelines Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders Ensure health & safety standards are maintained Monitor quality and programme targets Report progress to senior management Keep site organised and productive

What Were Looking For Previous experience in a Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager role Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage and motivate trades on site Comfortable in a client-facing environment Someone driven, hands-on, and capable of keeping momentum on site Experience on healthcare, residential, or commercial builds is beneficial Whats On Offer Immediate start Flexible option of day rate or permanent employment Fast interview process Strong opportunity to prove yourself on a live project Belfast-based project with a reputable contractor This is an urgent requirement, and interviews will be arranged immediately for suitable candidates.
