Estimator Interior Fit-Out & Refurbishment Lisburn | Full-Time | Occasional Travel to London An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a growing commercial team within a specialist interior and refurbishment contractor delivering high-end luxury projects across the UK and Ireland. This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial awareness and fit-out estimating experience who enjoys working on prestigious hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial projects within a fast-paced environment.

The Role As Estimator, you will play a key role within the commercial team, supporting the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive tenders across a variety of luxury fit-out and refurbishment projects. Youll work closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal operational teams to ensure accurate pricing, commercial compliance, and successful project handovers.

Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate incoming tender documentation and drawings Compile accurate and commercially compliant cost estimates Obtain and analyse quotations from subcontractors and suppliers Review contractual and supplementary tender information for commercial impact Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on technical and pricing matters Carry out site visits to assess project and pricing requirements Participate in mid-tender and post-tender meetings with clients and design teams Follow up submitted tenders and manage post-tender query processes Provide detailed internal handover information to operational teams on successful tenders

What Were Looking For Minimum 3 years experience within an Estimating role Main Contractor fit-out experience preferred Knowledge of estimating software systems (Evaluate preferred) Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong IT skills with a proactive attitude Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively Why Apply?
