Contracts Manager Dungannon We are hiring for our client, a leading construction and civil engineering contractor, to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for their growing Building Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established business delivering residential, commercial, educational and infrastructure projects across Northern Ireland and Ireland. The successful Contracts Manager will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality delivery, programme adherence and strong client relationships.

The Role Manage residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and legal standards Oversee project programmes, quality assurance and contract administration Lead site teams, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships Monitor budgets, project costs and financial performance Support design management and technical coordination on D&B projects Drive continuous improvement and maintain IMS procedures

The Person 10 years' relevant construction experience with a related qualification Strong residential construction project experience essential
