Permanent, Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Belfast team, working on a diverse portfolio of private sector projects.

Key Responsibilities Cost planning and budget preparation Tender documentation and procurement Valuations, variations, and final accounts Contract administration and commercial reporting Client, contractor, and design team liaison Cost control throughout project life cycles Project Sectors Commercial new builds Hotel fit-outs and refurbishments Church and heritage refurbishments Residential and leisure developments Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Consultancy/private practice experience preferred Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Excellent communication and organisational skills MRICS or working towards chartership desirable Willingness to undertake occasional UK travel What's on Offer £60,000 - £65,000 salary Varied and interesting project portfolio Career progression within an established consultancy Supportive and flexible working environment
