The CSR Group have an immediate requirement for a project in Derry city. Our client are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a commercial multi storey build, ideally the candidate will have a good engineering background and will be capable and willing to set out. Packages around £50 - 60k DOE plus van & fuel. Requirements Ideally from an engineering background Experience in large commercial projects would be advantageous Ability to work on own initiative Capable of overseeing £5M worth of work Responsibilities Manage and motivate site teams Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish Organise and coordinate labour Reporting to Project Manager level.
