Senior Quantity Surveyor Greater Belfast Area Full-Time | Permanent Up to £80k A growing building contractor based in the Belfast Area is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its expanding commercial team. With a strong pipeline of secured work across residential, commercial, healthcare and refurbishment sectors, the business is entering an exciting phase of growth and is looking to strengthen its commercial leadership team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor who wants more than just project delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in the continued development of the commercial function, working closely with senior leadership to help drive performance, support business growth, and contribute to the long-term success of the company

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commercial delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts and cost plans. Procure and manage subcontractor packages, including valuations and variations. Produce interim valuations, applications for payment and final accounts. Monitor project performance and provide accurate commercial reporting. Work closely with clients, consultants and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Support commercial strategy and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Essential Criteria l:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Minimum 57 years post-qualification experience Previous experience working on medium-to-large construction projects Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge Excellent negotiation and communication skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required Package:
